Why we exist
Two problems that turned out to be the same problem, seen from either side of the invoice.
The choice most small businesses are offered is a bad one
At one end, a self-service builder: cheap, and it makes you the designer, the copywriter and the SEO consultant — three jobs you did not want and have no time for. At the other, a studio that quotes opaquely, takes months, and is gone at launch, leaving you with a site you cannot edit and an invoice you did not expect. There is very little in between.
So we built the thing that was missing, for ourselves first
A studio delivering those projects usually runs on eight disconnected tools: a spreadsheet for leads, a chat app for clients, a board for delivery, a PDF for invoices. Nothing joins up, so nothing is visible — least of all to the client. The system that fixes that for us turned out to be most of the system a client wants to look at: the same projects, the same milestones, the same invoices, filtered to their own row. We built it once and pointed two front doors at it.
It is also why we host what we build. A site that lives on our platform gives you a reason to log in on a Tuesday — your enquiries, your content, your traffic — and gives us a reason to keep it fast and patched. A care plan you use is a different thing from a maintenance invoice you resent.

The price is on the website
Every package price, add-on, care plan and growth service we sell is published, and the configurator quotes from the same catalogue those pages read. There is no rate card we keep back for the call.

Three of our four packages are a fixed price rather than an estimate. The deposit starts the work and the rest is staged against milestones you can see, so you are never paying ahead of what has been delivered.

Every build we sell includes a care plan, because a site nobody patches is a liability we would rather not have our name on. Launch day includes a training session, a handover pack and a warranty period, then hosting, monitoring, backups and content edits.

What we do, and what we deliberately do not
The second column is the more useful one. Everything in it is a decision we have made on purpose and will not quietly reverse mid-project.
You edit your content — text, images, prices, products, posts, SEO titles — from a dashboard on your own site.
You do not move things around the page. Layout, colour and type are ours, and that is deliberate: it is why the site still looks right in two years, and why nothing you edit can take it down.
We sell packages with published prices and stated timelines, and a scoping sprint when the work is genuinely custom.
We do not quote by the hour for a build. Hours are how a studio transfers its own uncertainty onto you.
We host, monitor, back up and patch what we build, on a care plan billed monthly.
We do not hand over a folder of files and wish you luck. If you want to leave, your content and design are yours on final payment and we will help you go.
Who you will be working with
A small UK team. Your project has one delivery lead, named in your portal from the day it starts, and you deal with the person doing the work rather than an account manager relaying it.

Our registered company details, VAT number and address are in the footer of every page on this site, and they come from our own records rather than being typed into a marketing page.
