What a plan is for
- Keeping the site fast, patched and online without you having to think about any of it.
- Getting changes made by asking, rather than by learning a dashboard first.
- Having somebody to call who already knows how your site is built.
- Knowing a restore has been tested rather than assuming a backup exists.
Things worth knowing before you sign
- There is a twelve-month minimum term, then it runs monthly.
- Every build we sell includes a plan. We do not launch sites we are not looking after — an unpatched site with our name on it is a liability we would rather not carry.
- A plan is not a redesign. Big changes are quoted as change requests, and small ones come out of your monthly allowance.
- We do not take over sites we did not build. We cannot promise uptime on something we have not seen.
How a plan is priced
Three parts, and your bill shows them separately rather than as one unexplained number.
- A base tier, which is the plan you choose and what it entitles you to.
- Scope, because a five-page brochure site and a four-hundred-product catalogue are not the same thing to look after.
- Usage, if you go well beyond your bandwidth or storage allowance — and you can see your usage in your dashboard rather than finding out from a bill.

Paying annually saves the equivalent of two months, calculated from the two published prices rather than advertised as a round percentage.
