Is the price really fixed?
Yes. You configure the package and see the total before you commit, and that total is what your order says. If you want something outside the agreed scope later, we quote it as a change request — it is never added to your bill without you agreeing to it first.
How can a website be live in seven days?
Only a Launch build, and only because three things are fixed: the clock starts when your brief is complete, the content is yours or our guided starter content, and the 3D hero is a preset scene tinted to your brand rather than a bespoke render. We say typically seven days rather than guaranteed, and we will keep saying typically until we have delivered it end to end more than once.
Do I own the website?
You own your content and your design outright on final payment. Your domain stays in your name throughout, and if you ever leave we hand over what is yours.
Do I have to take a care plan?
Yes, and every package includes one for its first month or three. We do not sell a build without a care plan attached, because hosting, monitoring, backups and patching are ongoing costs that do not stop when the site goes live. After the included period it continues monthly, on a twelve-month minimum term.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes — text, images, prices, opening hours, blog posts, menu labels and your SEO, from your Site Console. What you cannot change is the layout, the colours and the type. That boundary is deliberate: it is why the site still looks right in two years, and why nothing you edit can take it down.
Will it be accessible?
WCAG 2.2 AA is a baseline on every site we deliver, not an extra you pay for. It is on the QA checklist that has to pass before launch, and we publish our own accessibility statement so you can see the standard we hold ourselves to.
