This is the one package whose headline figure is a starting point rather than the price. Custom software cannot be honestly fixed-priced before anyone has scoped it.
So it is sold in two parts. A fixed-price discovery sprint produces requirements, wireframes, a technical approach and a fixed quote — and it is credited in full against the build if you go ahead within sixty days.
The build is then fixed-price against that quote, with payments staged against the milestones in it.
Mobile apps live here too, and are quoted as part of the same scope rather than bundled into a website price.

What is scoped rather than fixed
Page counts, copywriting and revision rounds are not fixed on a Platform build, because what is being built is not a set of pages. Discovery is where those become specific.

What do I get for the discovery sprint?
A week of work: requirements, wireframes, a technical approach and a fixed quote for the build. It is yours whether you proceed or not, and if you do proceed within sixty days it is credited in full against the build.
Why is the price not fixed?
Because nobody can fix-price software they have not scoped, and the ones who claim to are either pricing in the risk or planning to charge you for changes later. Discovery is the cheapest way to turn an unknown into a fixed number.
Who owns the code?
You do, on final payment, along with the content and design. That is the same for every package we sell.
Can you build a mobile app too?
Yes, iOS and Android from one codebase, scoped in discovery alongside the rest. It is a separate line rather than something folded into a website price.
