The problem

A luxury clothing and lifestyle brand with no route to selling online, and no back office. Everything — products, collections, campaigns, orders, subscribers — would have had to be handled by hand, which is the point at which a small team stops growing.

Vallona, captured from the live site on 27 September 2026.

What we did

Built the storefront and the business behind it: a product catalogue across Women, Men, New In and Collections, cart with live count, wishlist, search, GBP pricing with country and currency selection, seasonal campaign sections, a journal, and Inner Circle membership signup. Behind it, an eleven-section admin console — dashboard with live order, revenue, subscriber and product tiles, plus Products, Collections, Discounts, Campaigns, Adverts, Orders, Journal, Social, Subscribers and Team — with working authentication. Delivered in seven days.

What changed

Vallona can list a product, run a campaign and take an order without asking anyone for help. The admin console is the part that matters: the brand owns its own catalogue, pricing and customer list rather than renting them back from an agency.
